Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter* melted, or olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce** gluten-free
- 1 Tbsp. honey*
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- ½ tsp. salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine butter, oil, soy sauce, honey, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Place broccoli florets in a gallon-sized zip-top bag. Add honey-soy sauce and toss until well combined.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spread broccoli out evenly on sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 14-16 minutes. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
*Use maple syrup and olive oil to make this recipe vegan.
**Use coconut liquid aminos if Paleo or soy-free.
