Honey Oven Roasted Broccoli With Garlic



Ingredients

  • 2 heads broccoli stems removed and cut into florets
  • 2 Tbsp. butter* melted, or olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce** gluten-free
  • 1 Tbsp. honey*
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • ½ tsp. salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Combine butter, oil, soy sauce, honey, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk to combine.
  3. Place broccoli florets in a gallon-sized zip-top bag. Add honey-soy sauce and toss until well combined.
  4. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spread broccoli out evenly on sheet.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 14-16 minutes. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

*Use maple syrup and olive oil to make this recipe vegan.
**Use coconut liquid aminos if Paleo or soy-free.
