Apple Pie Protein Smoothie



INGREDIENTS

1 frozen banana
1 pink lady apple
1 tbsp nut butter
1 Medjool date, pitted
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, plus more to sprinkle on top
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1.5 cups plant-based milk

METHOD

1Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2Pour into a glass/jar and serve immediately.
