Ingredients
- 1 pound broccoli florets cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons melted butter can use coconut oil instead
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Steam broccoli until crisp-tender, about 4 to 6 minutes.
- Place butter and garlic powder in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 20 seconds to melt.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour over broccoli and toss to coat.
